Very good roaster pan
I got this so i could degaze after making a roast on my induction burners. And it suits that purpose. It is not thin or heavy. Has handles for lifting and the rack is study. I use it for roasting and baking ribs so the rack is high enough to keep the meat out of the drippings. Added value, I made lazagna in it which limited the size. So the two of us ate half and froze the rest. I usually put it in the dishwasher it comes out clean and shiney.

The edge is not rolled under and could cut a finger
All such pans that I have, including a couple just received from Amazon, have the edges rolled under and provide a smooth and safe surface to the touch. This pan was made on the cheap, even though the price compares to the good quality pans available. I initiated a return.

Great Pan!
As soon as I got this (and gave it a wash), I loaded it up with chicken thighs and potatoes and veggies. I rubbed down the checken with a BBQ rub from Buc-cees (sprayed a little avocado oil on the bottom of the pan first, sprinkled a little olive oil over the ingredients. Baked at 375 for 90 minutes and it was perfect. The pan cleaned up fast and easy and shiny as brand new. It has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all plus has handles. Finally got rid of the old aluminum pan I had all these years.
