This works well for period cramps and for cramping due to IBD. It is comfortable to wear while moving around. The heat output is very high. Use caution!

I suffer from painful and heavy periods each month and this heat pad is the only thing that provides enough relief for me to be mobile. What I like about it is the long battery life and the different auto shut off timers. I was using a different brand that shuts off after 30 minutes and it was so annoying constantly turning it back on. I use this one at the 60 timer the most. The massage feature doesn’t do much for me so I don’t use it. Other than that the heat levels could be stronger but that’s more personal preference since my tolerance is high. Too soon to tell how this will hold up but for the price I don’t mind repurchasing if this one goes out months down the road.

Most used thing in my household. Not just by me but by husband and children. Its easy to take on the go and it heats up fast. The massage levels are great! The battery last for a while you definitely get your money's worth when you buy this!

I am really enjoying this item as it works as described and it heats up and has many different features. I love that I can wear this strapped around my waist so I can still be up and doing things that I need to do and be able to have my hands free or not be confined to one spot for a plugged in heating pad. I really do like this and I am so glad that I got to try it again.Original Review: I wanted this item to work so bad, but the one that I received wouldn't even turn on. I even tried fully charging the item to see if that was the problem, but it didn't work. I ultimately had to return the item. I will be looking for another seller to get this item.

I purchased this heating & massage pad for severe pelvic pain. I absolutely loved it because it actually worked. I told everyone about it. After being bedridden for months, I finally went to Church. It was that quiet while relieving my pain. It’s great to go out & be pain free as you can adjust the heat & massage to your needs. HOWEVER, now I’m left with the massager no longer working. Amazon delivered it on 12/27!The company encourages you to contact them so they can RESOLVE ANY problems but I ‘ve hit a brick wall with Amazon. I bought my granddaughter one also. We both wore ours as she had cramping. Now mine is no longer working & I paid more for mine. I’d give it a 5 but it’s no longer working properly. Again I recd it on 12/27 & today is only 2/11!
