Definitely sturdy. The directions are pretty easy however there are so many pieces. The screws and stuff aren’t labeled great and some screws are in the same bag as others. So make sure to really look at the directions so you aren’t using the wrong screw. I wish the cabinet doors were flush but other than that I’m pretty happy for the value of what I paid for. Oh this is something you can definitely put together by yourself I recommend using an electric screwdriver. It took me roughly 5 hours to do it on my own. Probably would’ve been less if I had an Allen wrench attachment for the electric screwdriver.

This took forever to put together, but it’s beautiful and I like it. Great for what I needed. Sturdy, great price, nice storage.

There are alot of screws and particle board to move around. The box is very heavy. I had to assemble this island alone. I used an electric drill when I could. The instructions were decent but you can easily assemble one part incorrectly if you don't pay close attention to the diagram. All of the parts were included and assembly tools needed. I advise you to use a drill and take your time so you won't damage the wood or screws etc. It took almost 6 hours to assemble. But I am pleased with the finished product. It will be perfect for what I need it for. It's easy to roll and the wheels lock in place. The doors are soft closing. The doors are also adjustable and it took me a minute to get them aligned. I like the color and it's just the right size. For the price I feel that it's a good deal. It's sturdy and doesn't look cheap. I recommend.

It's a wonderful little island. Gives additional storage and counter space in a kitchen which has neither. I began assembling this around noon the day it arrived and didn't finish until 10. I was so frustrated. Easier to do if you have at least one person helping, which I eventually did.

Takes time to put together

The knife rack and spice rack on the right side is uselisc spices will fall out of the that part of your Island second of all they say that's a knife rack you put knives in that and take them out to use them you're going to be cutting wood every time you put it in and take it out third of all you see all the screws 4th of all they make sure that that adds to the 58 in they say the unit is, absolutely useless other than that quality is good top is good myself and wife I'm going to take that off and send it back to them thank you very much

This is such a great piece of furniture. Looks nice. Only needed help to put the base frame together and then super easy to finish alone. Holds so much and really helps for organizing all my kitchen items

The unit is well constructed, even though you have to construct it. The parts for today's assembly furniture are well thought out. I wish it had a paper towel holder. I did figure out where to mount one. This unit has a nice layout and soft close doors for the lower unit. I like the size and features, I would recommend it to someone looking for something similar. One last thing, the manufacturer is great to work with, they handled any and all problems.
