This is a nice conditioner. My hair is pretty damaged from color so I need a heavier one than this. For most people I think this would be a great conditioner. I do like it a lot

Love this shampoo
I have a lot of fine blonde hair which damages easily. I live at the southern east coast where it is hot and humid. This shampoo really helps my hair from frizzing into a mess! It also does not strip my hair and dry it out. It only takes a small amount to produce a rich lather,
