Great!
It feels great on my skin and leaves it feeling nice and moisturized the next morning! It goes on smoothly, has minimal scent, and feels like a high quality moisturizer! K-Beauty skincare products rarely miss, and this is one of them that meets all the checkmarks for a great product!

A good quality moisturizer
This is one of my favorite moisturizers. I use it on my face/neck in the evenings and mornings and it makes my face/beard super soft and easy to shave. No negatives to say about it. I go through a ton of this stuff and I'm always trying out different ones.

Gel Yeah! — Near-Luxe K-Beauty Moisturizer Hydrates with Glow (Ingredients Listed)
The 6SKINS Aqua Gel Face Moisturizer positions itself at the near-luxury edge of K-beauty, and for the most part, it holds its ground. With a creamy gel texture and a satin finish, it delivers hydration that feels plush yet weightless. There’s a gentle floral scent—likely jasmine—that adds a touch of elegance without veering into overpowering territory. Application is cooling and smooth, and it layers easily under sunscreen or makeup, making it a solid choice for daytime use. Over time, you might notice a soft brightening effect, though it’s subtle rather than transformative. Performance tracks well with its price tier, earning it a confident 4 out of 5 stars.Packaging walks the line between elevated and restrained: a 2.9″ square box, 2¼″ tall, with branding that reads “6SKINS Moisturizer Hydrance-Aqua-Gel.” Inside is a thick-walled frosted plastic jar that hints at near-luxury aesthetics but may come off slightly staid in a U.S. context. The ingredients are printed on the box, not the jar. While the Amazon listing shows a spatula for hygienic dispensing, none was included with the product received.Ingredients are listed on the box and I have included those ingredients at the tail of my review. The formula packs a mix of actives and emollients designed to hydrate, brighten, and fortify. Key players include Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) for texture refinement, Ceramide NP for barrier support, and Squalane for lightweight nourishment. Supporting ingredients like Caffeine, Vitamin E, and fermented extracts help soothe and energize the skin. However, several components—Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Isocetyl Alcohol, Coconut Oil, Grape Seed Oil, and Olive Oil—warrant comedogenic caution. These may not play well with oily or blemish-prone skin, despite the brand’s non-comedogenic claim. The gel is a creamy white with a soft, floral scent—likely jasmine—common to many Korean moisturizers. On contact, it feels cool and immediately hydrating, leaving a satin finish that’s non-greasy and non-sticky. It wears smoothly under sunscreen and makeup, making it a versatile daytime hydrator. Over time, it offers a subtle brightening effect, though nothing dramatic. For those with normal or mildly dry skin, it balances comfort and utility well.At $25 for 50 ml, the moisturizer lands near the luxury edge of mid-tier K-beauty. That pricing feels justified by its branding, formula, and overall skin feel—though the lack of included spatula is a slight letdown. Its performance tracks with expectations for this bracket, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars, particularly for those prioritizing hydration with a touch of glow.INCI Ingredients with Common Names:Water (Aqua), Dipropylene Glycol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isocetyl Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, Arginine, Carbomer, Caprylyl Glycol, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Pentylene Glycol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Fragrance, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Ceramide NP, Caffeine, Propanediol, Glycerin, Disodium EDTA, Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Maltodextrin, Sodium Starch Octenylsuccinate, Polyglyceryl-10 Oleate, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamin C derivative), Hydrogenated Lecithin, Squalane, Cocos Nucifera Oil (Coconut Oil), Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil (Grape Seed Oil), Olea Europaea Fruit Oil (Olive Oil), Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, 1,2-Hexanediol, Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6), Prunus Mume Leaf Extract (Japanese Apricot Leaf Extract), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Mentha Spicata Extract (Spearmint Extract), Rubus Chingii Fruit Extract, Schisandra Chinensis Fruit Extract, Aspergillus Ferment, Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate, Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate, Lactococcus Ferment Lysate, Punica Granatum Fruit Extract (Pomegranate Extract), Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Morus Alba Fruit Extract (Mulberry Extract), Fragaria Vesca Fruit Extract (Strawberry Extract), Vitis Vinifera Fruit Extract (Grape Extract), Silica, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (Green Tea Extract), Cholesterol, Oleic Acid, Stearic Acid.

Lightweight
Extremely lightweight moisturizer. It feels very water gel like. You do not need a lot to hydrate your skin. I have been using it a few weeks and have not seen a difference in my skin, except that my skin is very hydrated when I use it. I really like it and will continue to use it in my morning routine. It is also great under makeup because it does not make your face greasy.

Definitely a big NO 👎🏻
This cream was a huge letdown. After reading the reviews, I had high hopes, but it felt like I was just putting water on my face—no moisture, no results. On top of that, it irritated my dry, sensitive skin almost immediately. I honestly don’t recommend it if your skin is anything like mine. It might work for others, but it definitely didn’t for me.

Fabulous!!!!!!
$24.99I don’t think I’ve loved a face moisturizer more than this one. It leaves my skin feeling absolutely soft, plumped, and smooth as can be. I have an hour skincare routine at night. Here’s my regime…7 different toners, about 12 different serums…probably a lot more but too tired to count right now. Lol…and then about 8 different moisturizers. I’m now using this as the very last step in my skincare regimen. I can’t stop massaging my face after I put this on. My skin feels so pampered when I use it. It’s a little more in the money department with the current Amazon price of $24.99…but I think it’s worth it.

Aqua gel facial moisturizer
I LOVE how this makes my face feel! This Korean moisturizer is a whitish gel with a subtle floral scent that is very pleasing. You don't need very much, a little goes a long way. I put this on after washing my face and applying toner. It absorbs quickly with no sticky or undesirable residue. It does not irritate my skin at all nor does it make it oily. My skin feels plump, moisturized and very smooth. I cannot stop touching my face after using this because it's so soft! I very much look forward to seeing what this does over time. I am already very happy with it.
