Arrived in good time, the material looked pilled straight from the packaging. Although I understand they are marketed as vintage I thought the ‘slightly used’ presentation was poor. Yes they are heavyweight, it’s thicker material than you might expect for the price. These have the elasticated sides so I could probably have gone one size down but ultimately they are just a pair of trousers, more sold on the look than the quality.

Mostly as described. Great fit, hang well and heavy material, so good for the colder months. Knocking a star off as they have an expandable waist band, which I neither need nor care for. Also sent me a dark grey pair rather than army green. Too much hassle to return to China and in any event they’re fine. Also ordered a blue pair, which I prefer. Arrived well before the estimated delivery date so that’s a plus. All in all a decent purchase.

I could have lived with that, but the hips are far too big and just bag out.3. Material is very scratchy.4. Fabric itself looks tweed (albeit, it is only 20% wool) but the weave seems rather thin. I didn't go outside in these, but I suspect they aren't that warm........I am suspicious of the 5 and 4 star reviews saying otherwise.I a returning to Amazon. Glad I chose the one colour that wasn't coming from China (Yes, I chose because of that one reason alone, in case I had to return).Verdict: Don't bother. Not a quality item.
