What is he dimension of an individual glass?

i bought a case of each size available. the larger one is 5 1/2 inches high by 3 1/2 inches in diameter. the smaller one is 3 1/2 by 3 1/2. the larger one holds almost 20 oz. the smaller a can of soda or beer with room to spare. both have the same diameter as they have a lid that can be used on either glass. the set of white snap on lids that amazon sells are a great fit and usable on either size. hope that helps

can this glass be used in cooking steamed food? like steamed egg, by putting glass with egg in to hot water and steam? thank you! Amazon Customer ans

I wouldn’t try it. It’s not meant to be cookware. It’s a drinking glass. I can be used for storage and comes with plastic lids.

Has anyone used these for making candles?

I have never used these as candles. I recently had one break while I was heating water in the microwave. That is the first time that has happened, but the glass was not marked Made in France and was missing the number 500 on the bottom, so I don't know if the quality of the glass is now inferior.
