This is the only snore mouth guard, and I've tried quite a few, that didn't make my teeth hurt in the morning. Other guards made my teeth feel like they were super sensitive like when you whiten or eat a lot of acid fruits. Not so with this product. The customer service is also very responsive. I asked if I could try the smaller size because my first one was a bit too big for my mouth. They sent the smaller size to me with no charge and no hassle. I also appreciate the way this snore guard is engineered. The setting stays in place even while cleaning it in the mornings. Other mouth guards had little nubs that push into place for the setting and while I was cleaning it would fall apart and I would lose the setting position which was really frustrating. The boil and bite fit was the best of all I've tried. The material they use is just way better. It doesn't deteriorate quickly, and it feels comfortable from the first use. This brand also reduced my snoring frequency and lowered the decibels according to my snore tracking app. I would recommend giving this family run business a try if nothing else has worked for you yet.

I followed the instructions, but found the device to be bulky and uncomfortable in my mouth. It repeatedly fell out during the night, regardless of how I positioned or adjusted it. Unfortunately, it did not work for me.

Very good anti-snoring mouthguard. Easy to adjust, comfortable to wear while sleeping, and it really helps reduce snoring. The material feels high quality and it comes with a hygienic storage case. Great value for the price.

Contact them if it doesn't work for you, the company really seems to care! Hurt my mouth and my teeth felt out of alignment the next morning, my bite took a few hours to correct. Also mouth felt too widely open and centre piece in the middle of the two bite pieces is sharp and uncomfortable if your tongue touches it. Yes, I did set it up correctly and followed the fitting twice in very warm water hoping it would improve. Try their other mouthpiece out, that may also work better for you.

Horrible item, does not work at all. It molds to your teeth but they barely go in the mold so there's no way your teeth stay in the mouthpiece overnight. Your teeth just fall right out and then you have a loose mouthpiece floating around. Sounds like that could be dangerous actually. And then since it's used they will not accept the return even though it's only been one week. Total rip-off.

Seems to help quite a bit. Concerned by low oxygen readings while sleeping and what that means - apnea / big honking hose-mask… I just went straight to this after consulting ChatGPT about all of it. My O2 numbers are somewhat better. My wife says I’m not snoring anymore — rather unbelievable. It is a lot to stuff in your mouth overnight and put up with. Also, dry mouth is another thing to cope with. All & all, a life enhancement.

I have used for 15 years a different brand, each one lasting about 2 years. However, I decided to change to a new one since somehow my mouth had adjusted to it, I was snoring again. I decided to give a try to SlientZPro and I am very happy with the change. I have used it for 3 months and it has been quite successful. I like that it has more levels of adjustment that the other brand. My wife is happy again. I read other reviews, and the comments on bulky and jaw hurting are true of most of these type of devices. I don't have any of those problems since since I have used one for many years and it took me a few months of use when I first started using the previous device. I can only speak for my experience, but the SlentZPro is made of quality materials and it does it work effectively. I highly recommend it.

Size chart is not appropriate it's made for a kid not an adult! Totally uselesss...

I have tried many versions of these, and this one actually works. Other have adjustments on the side, and they move during the night and become ineffective. This line you actually take 2 half’s apart and set to desired settings, and reassembly, it stays put. Wife, is very happy

I bought this after I struggled to get a replacement for my old anti snore mouth piece. I found that after the initial fitting I still snored so then had to adjust and do a refit. This time it works much better. I don't personally like the hard plastic part of the device and actually find the whole thing a little on the large side when in use.
