Very soothing no sting tonor that moisturizes too, perfect for sensitive skin which I just got out of the blue

The toner has no smell and it’s hypoallergenic. Sensitive and dry skin like me drank this toner quickly. I highly recommend to people who has dry sensitive skin

Despite the claims that it contains a 5 layer hyaluronic acid complex to deliver intense, multi-depth hydration, I found that this ON:INGREDIENTS toner was neither hydrating nor nourishing enough for my skin in the winter. I will say that the panthenol and ceramides in the formulation do make this toner a fairly gentle and sensitive-skin friendly one, but I usually have to layer another creamier toner on top to help lock in all the moisture for the dry weather. I think this would be excellent for the warmer months for dry skin, and possibly normal to oily skin types in the winter.

I am interested in this toner because of the great ingredients that are good for the skin. I like that it doesn't contain perfume, I don't like to put perfume onto my skin. I've been using this toner for more than 2 months and it still has a lot left. My skin appearance started to become better, it feels smooth, the redness from the acne scar has almost disappeared, and it doesn't feel tight like it used to. It gives enough hydration to my skin and calms the irritation down.

I have very dry sensitive skin. This watery toner cause me to breakout despite how sensitive me skin can be. I found it lives up to it's claims of being hydrating and soothing. It paired nicely with my other products. I didn't notice much in terms of refining pores just yet, but my main goal was to have something that is calming and hydrating which this is. My skin during the winter can be problematic so having this light toner allows my to layer on my products to combat the super noticeable dry patches I can get if I'm not on top of my skincare.

One of the best toners I’ve used in awhile, it’s thicker than most and can almost double as a serum, left my skin feeling awesome and refreshed, no complaints.

I wanted to try this Korean brand Ongredients toner. However the products english label was confusing and I had to read the Korean writing to figure out what this product was intended for. I was excited that its for sensitive and dry skin. Winter dry skin is horrible especially on the face. However, this english says it is tested for tightening pores stretched by heat and soothing effect of skin irritated by heat. Just to be safe that this is not a medicated product for a specific use, I had to translate the Korean writing which wasnt that much clearer but it mentioned infrared heat damage. So Im guessing this product is geared towards sun or tanning bed damage or anyone who works around infrared? It looks safe enough for everyday use as a toner and I plan on using it as such. It is hydrating and doesnt irritate dry or sensitive skin. Although I am not prone to sun damage, I like how well it goes on my skin and how its not astringent as a typical toner. Good gift or product for those in the South or beach goers.

This toner made my skin so soft. I have sensitive skin so exfoliating freaks it out and it gets really sensitive sometimes. This stuff felt really soothing and calming and added some moisture without being heavy. I really like it.
