These carafes are awesome. I’ve used them for both hot and cold tea and they keep the contents at the right temperature for an insanely long time. Don’t put something in it try to cool it down in the fridge. It’s very well insulated so if you put something hot in it and leave it in the fridge overnight, it will still be hot the next day. Seems pretty obvious but I still learned it the hard way (d’oh!). I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on them and at least two people immediately bought these on Amazon after seeing them in action. In addition to keeping the contents hot or cold for at least 12 hours, they look really nice, don’t leak in transport, and they are easy to use and pour.

We bought it for when we’re on vacation. You can make a pot of coffee, pour it in the decanter and then you’re free to make the next pot. With 8 adults drinking coffee, it was a game changer for us!

Arrived well and the color is lovely. The heating process is over 12 hrs almost 24 hours the next day and it is still relatively hot. I will recommend.

I’m a slow coffee & tea drinker and am constantly having to reheat my drink in microwave several times. Using this carafe I jut pour smaller amount in my mug and keep refilling with more hot tea or coffee.This carafe if used properly will keep water that I boiled nice & hot easily for over 12 hours and 24 hours it’s warm as though I’d let my coffee cup sit out 30 mins.I now have a NEW ROUTINE that makes my mornings so much more RELAXING. At night I boil water and pour some into the carafe and put lid on & swish the hot water around to heat up the inside. Then I pour it out and fill it up with boiling hot water for tea and add tea bags. I take it to my bedroom along with a mug and pour a little to relax and what’s so WONDERFUL when I wake up in the morning I can pour a glass of hot tea while still relaxing in bed. If you preheat your carafe it’ll still be nice & hot in the AM.Also LOVE that you can get your HAND INSIDE to wash it. And the carafe is BEAUTIFUL.I’ve bought 2 and will be buying more.PROs. The vinyl wood grain is peeling off the handle. Nice carafe, but the little bits of black stuff end up everywhere!
