Seems to be a good potent vitamin, but bottle is full of powder as there was no cotton inside the bottle causing the capsules to fly around inside the bottle. This also makes the capsules taste bitter as there is powder all over the capsules as well as the bottle.

Happy to have this metabolism support supplement from the trusted Garden of Life brand. I have not had any problems taking this supplement. I am pleased with the product. I feel that it is giving me more energy and alertness to get through the afternoons at work.
