What is difference between this one and the other first set with 65pieces ?

Hi there! The piece assortment in 10572 DUPLO® All-in-One-Box-of-Fun is different than the assortment in this set - different colors, different shapes, etc. The most noticeable difference is that this set comes with two people figures, while the other set comes with one person and a dog. - Emily, LEGO® Customer Service

How many of each piece do you get and what colors? Is there an itemized list anywhere?

This is what we know. The set includes 65 colorful bricks plus familiar pieces to stimulate toddlers' minds, including a car with moving wheels, a roof, window, flowers, bread, DUPLO® people figures and 1-2-3 number-learning bricks. Hope this helps at least a little bit.

How big is the box? Can you fit additional sets in as well?

Hi there! The storage box measures about 14.5" by 7" by 7". You should have some extra room to fit more bricks inside. - Emily, LEGO® Customer Service
