Great Value for the Average Joe Mechanic
Easy to use, I just used on a check engine light and it found the code and told me what the possible problems were in plain English. The battery tester is also a nice bonus.

Nice Addition to One's Tool Chest
Scanner was easy to use when trouble shooting your vehicle. Codes popped up quickly with some explanation. When you are ready the error codes can be erased except those it calls permanent. Have not used it for battery condition yet but I am sure that opportunity will arise due to our Arizona heat. Nice addition to your tool chest.

Good diagnostic tool
This helped diagnose my battery issue. You can connect this directly to the battery via the clips to test the battery life/status. It also has the OBD2 input and you can check a variety of error codes. I'm not an expert so don't know how to use all of it. The instructions are quote small print and hard to read.

Works great. Saved me a lot of time trying to recharge a bad battery. Easy to use, worked on both of our vehicles. And better yet affordable.

My first OBDII scanner is a win!
My first OBDII scanner I have bought. I have resorted to using friends scanners before and after a few times felt the need to own one. After exhausting research this was my choice for my money. It plugger right into the slot. Following the instructions it brought up the code on my vehicle and offered possible causes and possible repairs. So far so good on this quick scanner. I am pleased.
