Fully serviceable walking pad with sensible features and lightweight form factor
Excellent walking pad. It's lightweight and quite easy for me to move around my tiny apartment, especially compared to my old one which was a huge hassle. For a potential improvement, I would suggest sanding down some of the edges close to the wheels - I think they scrape my hard floors if I move it at the wrong angle. Please fix this issue in the next version of this! Otherwise, do note that the metal 'wings' that keep the belt in place do stick out in the back (which is open). The incline is fairly straightforward to set up (just rubber lugs that you set into place, held by gravity) and I definitely work up a sweat while using this. The speeds do get quite high!

Great customer service
Packaging was fine and durable. Motor is quiet. Responded well to the remote that came with it. The treadmill worked great for about a month. Then the motor gave out and started sparking. I did almost fall a couple of times because this malfunction would cause the walking belt to catch or slip or stick. I reported this issue to customer service and they sent me a new treadmill. Which didn’t work at all. Customer service was lovely the entire time and helped me troubleshoot. Unfortunately we could not get the second treadmill to work and I was refunded. I’m only upset that now I have TWO treadmills to dispose of.

Absolutely love it! Compact and quiet! Will not disappoint!
The media could not be loaded. I really like this thing! It's obviously going to be way smaller than the misleading images, but it's plenty of room for me. I'm 5'10" with a decent stride. Fits under my love seat too! Now, the graphics for the walking pad says the belt has auto correction for the belt tracking..It is 100% manual. Adjusting takes some time, as it's a very small amount of adjustment with two convenient allen head bolts. Maybe the colors are different models, they need to specify. Mine is the plain black one.The remote works well and luckily I had a couple batteries. I forgot to order some, even after reading they weren't included. That's on me.One of the wheels was bent on arrival, and the box was a tad crumpled. Gonna blame UPS for that one, as they were the carrier. Picture below. Bent it back with a screwdriver. After lubricating the belt as required, I walked through all the speeds and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet and strong the motor was! The only noise is the loud beep when using the remote to change settings.Had a lovely, quick 20 minute slow 1/2 mile and will absolutely be using this daily!!

Too narrow, too short!
So, as far as quality it does seem sturdy, and to be built well, and the display is big and very visible, those are the pros. So, now for the cons.. The belt is only 15 in wide and I think about 35 in Long. Too narrow, too short. I have short legs, and when I'm walking on it, I find myself stepping on the display, but then when I adjust to go further back, some times I felt my heels hit the back. The belt needed to be about 5 inches wider, and about 10 inches longer and that would have been perfect. Also, when the time is up, and the belt stops, at first it seems like it's a decent decline in the speed but then once it gets to a certain point it catches. I lost my balance, and almost fell off the thing. The incline part is okay, except you only get one height of incline, but I can live with that. There are also instructions for you to adjust and tighten the belt, and it also requires oil to keep it lubricated. I owned a treadmill years ago and never had to do any of this. When the treadmill slowed down, it slowed down very smoothly to a stop, never a jerking jolt. Oh, and make sure you don't lose the remote, because that's the only way to operate it. You need to keep the remote on you, because you can't stop it without it. Good luck getting off it without the remote. My suggestions, if you're looking for a walking pad, in addition to the belt being longer and wider, would be to get one that has a handle. That way if it jerks when you're slowing down you have something to hang on to..I did request a return, but unfortunately purchasing this will only give you a free delivery, NOT a free return. When I submitted the request to the company, they were polite, and said it would be too difficult to return, because of the size and weight. I looked online to see how much it would cost to send a package like that back and it would have cost around $70, and that would be my responsibility. Now in all fairness to the company they did give me a $25 refund and I did get to keep the walking pad, but I'm going to have to figure out how to use it without the potential risk of falling off of it and hurting myself. I have to say, this was a very regrettable purchase...Update..These walking pads are meant to be used with desks. I guess I didn't realize that when I purchased it. I have to admit, I think this was more about a lack of me doing my homework.. Also, when they saw my review, they reached out to me immediately. As far as customer service goes, I definitely give them five stars. Incredible!!

I did the research so you don’t have to
I spent hours and hours researching the best walking pad for your money. Save your time and research and get this one. We use it daily and it has worked wonderfully. I love the incline setting. I chose a manual incline machine to ensure it won’t break over time and it has worked great! Just oil the pad every now and then to help keep it going smoothly!

Perfect for quick walking sessions but a little small.
Although there is absolutely nothing mechanically or technically wrong with this product and I would love to give it five stars. I have to knock it down because of a few things that I wish that were different. It’s small. Very small. And if you’re used to running walking or jogging on a regular size treadmill, you’re gonna be tripping over your own feet until you get adjusted to it. Now it didn’t take me very long to get adjusted to it, but I found that it wasn’t wide enough or long enough for my liking because I kept either walking too fast and touching the head or falling behind as to not touch the head and almost falling off. The speed is great. It’s not very heavy. It’s easily wheeled around for putting away when not in use and every other aspect of the machine is great. It’s not very loud. It doesn’t take a whole lot to get it started. I just wish that it was an inch wider on both sides and maybe 5 inches longer.
