As an under-producer and a mom wanting to provide the best for her baby. I really wanted to try something to help boost my supply. My husband did some research and suggested this item to me. He said that people had raving reviews of Legendary Milk items and this product is for the sensitive group. So, I ordered it.Let me start out by saying that everyone has different reactions to supplements. No same shoe will fit everyone. This sadly has a very opposite effect on me and gave my little one a bad time.I initially started out with one pill a day. I wanted to take it slow. And I’m glad I did. I ended up having really bad gas and diarrhea in the span of 4 days. My little one had increased gas and was in so much pain.So, as disappointed and frustrated I am, this product didn’t work for me. I wished it did.

I am surprised! I thought I’d just give it a try and had no huge expectations. On day three of taking this supplement, I am definitely producing more breast milk! Yai!The pills are okay to swallow with a sip of water. I can definitely smell the ingredients which is a plus for me!Nothing changed sleep quality wise for me or the baby and my baby is also not bloated!I think the money is worth it!The packaging looks nice and the bottle is sturdy !

3 stars because it did increase my supply and I only took 2 every morning. No has in my baby. BUTTTTTT it gave me such severe heartburn that I had to go to the hospital at night. Idk maybe it was the Indian spices. I’m sure it was more so the black cumin or something. But unfortunately I had to stop taking it because of this. I had to take a 800mg ibuprofen, 2x 500mg Tylenol.. all together.. AND 3 tums!! Yes all together 😭

These supplements have definitely helped my milk supply this time around with nursing. They are easy on my stomach and not hard to get down. Definitely have helped ease this Mama's mind when it comes to "am I producing enough?"
