You need this stuff! It works amazingly well!
This stuff works amazingly well! The Mother's R3 rubber remover was recommended to me by another racer in our club. I have tried many things to remove the rubber streaks from the paint work on the race car, including brake parts cleaner. This stuff removes the black marks with a quick spray and wipe, and the paint work looks like brand new. The 24 oz bottle should last an entire season of weekly racing. It is not very often that I find a product that does what it advertises so well.

Got tire/rubber marks? Buy this.
Holy cow this stuff works amazing! I've used TW's spray foam before which does an OK job - gotta let it sit and then rub on it, Mothers I just spritzed a little on the rubber spot and on a clean microfiber and it wiped off smoothly. A+

It works great
Haven't used it on track car yet but it took exhaust stain off truck with literally just spray and wipe that quick detailer and car washing wouldn't take off.

Works great as clay lube as well!
A client of mine point this out to me when they brought in their weekend race care for a wash and interior detail. I had never heard of this stuff, but it really does work great on removing tire that sticks to the paint from a track day. I used it for my own vehicles for road tar and it mad easy work of it. When we purchased a new car recently I used this and misted some soap and water and it does amazing work with a claybar. I could do one to two passes with the claybar and the paint was perfectly smooth. This might be one of those detailer hackers to speed up the job, as it was a big time saver for me.

Finally, something that takes off rubber
I have had a deepening layer of rubber on the whole backside of my GTR for the last year plus. It keeps getting worse and I have only found cleaners that will take off maybe 50% of it. If you leave this one on for a couple of minutes and do it a couple/three times, you get it all. It is work, but it works. Only product I found that does work.

It REALLY works!
I agree with the five STAR reviewers here. A couple of tips from my limited experience: 1.Track rubber adheres less to a waxed surface. I recommend a once over with some quick wax detail spray before hitting the track. 2. If you spray this on a soft cloth and go after a rubber spot, the spot will fight you. If you follow the directions and apply to the spots, wait 30 seconds, you will be rewarded with the spots literally wiping off the surface. I soak a small area on a soft cloth, gently apply to rubber spots, WAIT 30 seconds, then wipe the spots away. I directly spray larger areas like my rocker panels or the nose of the vehicle, and, yep, wait 30 seconds! 3. This works very well on warmed up surfaces, I let my vehicle sit in the sun for a couple of hours and I work on my tan whilst applying it. I cannot say whether this product works as well on a cold day. 4. The bottle is presumably of a magical material that the product won't eat through it, however it is a bit brittle. I made the mistake of dropping a suitcase on the bottle, and it shattered spilling R3 coating the bottom of my "frunk". Luckily it had no ill effects on the vehicle. And I promptly ordered another bottle here on Amazon. Others mentioned damage during shipping, again this is probably due to the bottle material. I will from now on treat it as if it was glass. This stuff is remarkable, I demo it to my friends at the track. Bravo Mothers!

Geniales Zeug!

The stuff works!
Definitely a lot better than isopropyl, paint thinner or Goo-Gone... While all of those work to a certain extent they all took a fair amount of rubbing to get the rubber off the car. R3 worked a lot quicker and with far less rubbing. I first followed Mother's recommendation of spraying the scuffs and allowing the product to sit for 30 seconds before removal, still you needed to apply very slight pressure on the scuff to get it off. With this in mind I used a soft cotton cloth dampened with R3, this was much more controllable and used a lot less product while netting essentially the same results. Finally I did find that R3 tended to take off even the ceramic wax at least a bit, so I followed the cleaning with a wash and re-application of the Ceramic Wax to restore the beading. All and all a great find because it works!

wow this stuff really works.
Totally surprised how well this stuff works. Son bounced car off side of truck and back wheel rubbed against the trucks tire. Massive rubber rub on the alloy rim (just the one wheel). pictures show difference after only 2 application (spray, wait 45 sec, wipe with shop town). Note: not perfect, but still wow. Tire is cleaner because I sprayed tire foam on it, but not relevant.
