Used these for awhile now. I don’t know how mice get into the house although we’ve checked. Really does work great, I’ve also noticed I have less flies in the house which hasn’t happened with other cheaper brands

Recently we've had an infestation of rats in our flat. We had pest control attend and one rat was caught in the trap. The rats then avoided the traps completely and seemingly went quiet for a few days before tucking into some raisins and other things we had in our food cupboard. The pest control came back with traps again but it seems like the rats had cottoned on and just avoid them completely. We had sleepless nights with all the scuttling, squeaking, scratching and chewing in the kitchen, in the walls and the ceiling! It was a complete nightmare.I was desperately looking for something else that would just make them go away completely and stay away. We locked up all our food in tough plastic tubs, cleaned up any food remnants and put both of these sonic units in the kitchen on full. We don't have any pets so we don't really care about any of the little noises it makes but you can definitely hear it and the sound is very annoying. There was a lot of activity for the first few days and we spotted some chew marks on the rims of our plastic tubs, but then about two weeks later we've had 4 nights in a row without a peep from them. We're going to close up the holes where we think the rats have gotten in and keep monitoring the situation but so far it seems to be working.The only reason I haven't given it full stars is because we still have a bunch of flies, bugs and spiders hanging around so I am not sure it works for them. They don't bother us too much though unlike the rodents.Will update again if we spot or hear anything but so far we've not heard anything or seen signs of any chewing.

These seem very well made and are so easy to use, more importantly they seem to be keeping the rodents out so a very happy customer.

These are absolutely excellent! I live in a terraced house so mice have been a huge problem in winter months and also one of the rooms in my house used to randomly have spiders in it loads. Since buying these 4 months ago I haven't seen a single mouse or spider. I bought 4 sets of 4 so I could have them in so I could have them in all the rooms and hallways (and have multiple in problem rooms). They're so small and sleek you don't notice them. I also have a small dog has a fairly anxious disposition and has very good hearing but since they have a pet mode he doesn't hear them and is perfectly happy. All in all this product is an absolute game changer! 10/10 would totally recommend them and would 100% buy them again if anything happened to the ones that I have.

we live in an old stone rubble croft house. we always get one or two mice ayear. but this year there were hundreds. well a lot. we trapped them poisoned them. maybe not wise. one died in the wall behind my chair it stunk. the mice were still active.we have hada few diffrent makes of electric deterents they did not work but we were desperate. so we bought these. we have not heard or seen any new evedence of them. we gad to useiton animal frendly as the dogs jumped when the other switch was turned on. givethem a go icant say it was them that scaredthem offbut its odd that wehave not had a problem since.

I was looking for something to help combat the moth problem in my parents home, despite trying all the normal routes they're still having a big issue with moths. So I researched and this looked like it would do the trick. It was only when we received the product that my Dad, who has a pacemaker fitted, asked whether it was safe to use in their home due to the mention of electromagnetic technology. I looked through all the materials, both the leaflet in the box and online, and could not see any mention of whether it was safe.So I emailed their support team and received the response "Home Sentinel, because of its electromagnetic feature, is not recommended to people with a pacemaker. The electromagnetic field can reach 3 m radius. Within the range, it is possible that electromagnetic interference may occur."I personally feel something this important should be included in the items description somewhere! I'll be returning the product and trying to find alternatives to beat the moths.

I bought two of these as I have squirrels in my loft. Unfortunately, these have done nothing to deter them. Other than that, they are very easy to use & may be better suited to smaller rodents & critters.

We had one of these in the old house and just about never saw a spider. Having moved to a much larger house in the countryside we did expect to see spiders and we certainly did. The big black ones with sort of angular pointed legs. So we bought two more of these and put them around the house and after a week or so we had no spiders. For us they work very well.
