Do the job
This is my second or third time getting these. I notice a difference in my energy when I don't take them. I would recommend them. I dont notice any side effects and you just take them with water. I take mine with my morning cuppa. There is no taste or after taste. They are a bigger size than, say a paracetamol but not by much

Did nothing for me
If I’m honest I was probably hoping for too much with these. But I felt no difference at all after taking as prescribed. The search continues to find something that give me a bit of a boost

I decided to try these as I was suffering from menopause related fatigue and brain fog, and the difference is outstanding. I got my energy back and my mind is sharper. Very very good.

Wouldn't recommend these, I've used all 3 supplements before with success, I thought a combination of all 3 would be good but these were utterly useless. I gave one star as amazon wouldn't let me leave a review without at least a star
