Excellent Dispenser, horrible instructions!
I really like this. If you survive the installation, you'll love it!As for the installation, both the printed instructions and the online videos show you how to attach it to the wall, but they skip the fundamentals -- like how do you open the darn thing?!I have attached two photos to make your installation easier:The first thing is that the box opens by pushing down at the top into a hole. There is a button that comes separate in the bag. You have to slide it into the hole (see the photo).Then after you attach the box to the wall, the soap bottle has two tricks. The first thing is obvious. You have to slide the "wings" into the slot with the pointers. The second part that nobody tells you is that the bottle has a nipple at the end. When you remove the plastic cap, you have to pull the nipple out first and slide it into the bottom slot. (The bottom slot isn't marked. I guess they just figured we should know this somehow.)Other than these two installation issues, the rest is easy. And as I said, the dispenser itself is well built.One last pointer; if you have sensitive skin, avoid the orange antimicrobial soap. It is extremely harsh.

Misleading Item Description - Does not come with the bottle to put Soap in.
Misleading Item Description - Does NOT come with the 'Bottle' to put Soap in. Realizing now the dispenser is designed to work only with their cleverly designed bottles which can not be refilled (with generic soaps). Naturally, the cost of their GP soap is outrageous. My guess is if you can figure out a way to refill the bottle without it leaking that it might work with 6 parts of water to 1 part (generic) hand soap. Do not make the soap to thick though.

Really nice dispenser
This is a really good looking dispenser that is really easy to install. Once installed, it feels sturdy. The dispensing lever also feels sturdy and delivers a good amount of foaming soap or sanitizer. The large window let's you easily see when a refill is necessary. This is a good well designed product.
