This will be my 7 camera from this company. I contacted 2 times during this 5+ years and service is always good. Their customer service response to you right away. The pictures is clear, easy to set up to me. Sound quality is fine as I never have issue. The subscription is high though but am able to use the micro SD card instead, I just hope the fee is lower so I can usw their subscription. At the end, this baby camera is great too. I would recommended.

This camera is super easy to use, we bought it for when we travel and it gets connect super fast to WiFi. Is lightweight and easy to carry if you want to use it for travel like me. The app is free and super easy to use.

I love the design for the baby nursery and it has good image quality

We recently switched internet providers and now have 5G, so I had to find something that works with it. This one connects no problem, is very easy to set up, and has great sound and video. My only gripe is that you can’t have more than one device logged in to view the camera because it’ll log you out of the previous one. My husband tried to log in to see the baby and it kicked me out of the app; I signed in and it kicked him out.

The picture quality is really good the same as the night vision. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because you have to use an app on your phone which means that if you want to use your phone you have to choose between having the app open and check on your kid or using your phone which makes it not functional for me.

My review on Nooies new 5G Wifi Baby Monitor after 14 days .... I have / already own other nooie cams and have always found them to be quality products. This new 5G wifi baby monitor is definitely an improvement. The new design gives a sturdier base, the 5G makes it connect much quicker and easier. I was easy quick to set up - a lot quicker than previous models, and also no delay when logging in to look - the older models would sometimes have a delay when trying to log on. I have had this just over 2 weeks now and wanted to wait till now to give a honest review after using it for some time. The image is definitely sharper, logs in instantly ( no lag ). It's good that they have included a temperature reading on this model. Very helpful during the recent hot weather we have had. ( can set it to alarm to a specified temperature range ) so notify you if goes out of set range. The 2k video is excellent, and night vision is brilliant too. The cry detection works great, and now that it has built in memory you can run back though previous times ( older cameras had to insert a micro sd card) or pay for cloud services. So this is far superior. Also has a easy press reset button on back now, ( previously had to use a pin on older cameras ) so when we have slept at family's house I have taken camera and easily reset with button and set back up quickly on their wifi ( thanks to the new reset button and the 5G connection). Nooie have always provided good products and good customer service ( I had a problem with an older camera and was super helpful and replaced it quickly) This new model is brilliant and a great improvement over older models ( which may I add I still have and still use - they are good too) But this one is even better with all newer/ more added features.
