Taste good
My children really like these magnesium gummy vitamins. We have tried many different brands and this is the only one they will eat. They actually look forward to taking this in the morning. I’m glad I was finally able to find a magnesium vitamin that is kid friendly and doesn’t have a funny after taste.

Unsure of quality but they taste amazing
I really like the ingredients in these gummies: the l-theanine, chamomile and lemon balm particularly seem to have a calming effect for me. The pineapple flavor is awesome, especially for being sugar free, and I love the texture. I do wish they used a sweetener other than xylitol (like stevia or monk fruit) but at least they’re sugar free. I’m not really sure how I feel about quality to be honest. It doesn’t show anything in the way of certifications or lab testing so that’s questionable. On the fence with this one.

Kid loves them.
ADHD son loves them. Makes no fuss about taking them. Doesn’t have a bad smell and must taste good as he continues to take them. Has really helped in combo with low dose meds. Big improvement in school. Been 2 months and I’m extremely happy with the gummies.

Highly recommend this product
I highly recommend this magnesium complex over melatonin for kids. They love the gummy bears the flavor isn't a hassle to get them to take it. They sleep better more relaxed during the day!
