there's a great sour flavor to it that i really liked. i don't find anything wrong with the product itself but unfortunately didn't do anything for me. which in all honesty i figured it wouldn't but wanted to try anyways.

Product is okay. Would have preferred the product to arrive with a measuring cup or a cap designed to measure out 15 ml. It’s like many other products I’ve tried. If no diet changes are made along with taking it, there is little to no benefit as far as I can tell.Pleasant tasting and minimal reaction to it other than feeling a little warming sensation.
