I've been using these bars in my weight loss program as a snack. They are delicious and very filling. I can carry them with me and have them whenever I get hungry.

These are little too sweet for my liking but they are great for convenience. If you are like me & dont like to eat in large portions, this is an excellent way to intake some protein. Also, if you are a snacker, these are a more wholesome option for you.

Felt very sick after eating this. I can't say for sure this is what caused the illness, but the lingering taste of cinnamon while I was throwing up certainly didn't help things. It was also gritty and kind of unpleasant.

I wasn't sure I'd like these, but they are a great protein snack. Will be a repeat buyer.

The bars are pretty good taste-wise. The cinnamon flavor comes through, though they are a bit dry. I like there's 15g of protein per bar, but disappointed to see 7g of added sugar.
