Portable Baseball Swing Trainer with The Tethered Ball
It was a gift for my nephew to practice his swing. Easy to install to my fence. Overall good quality, functional and easy to use.

good practice
Baseball Swing Trainer. Good trainer for setting up on a chain link fence and getting swings in. Works like a tee except ball travels around the pole. Nice to be up against the fence too to work on not casting the bat. Has held up well in practices so far.

Its works as a nice warm up device
I wouldn't call this a swing trainer, but something you would put on the fence before the game to warm up a little. You need a nice sturdy fence. If its an older fence that has loose links it doesn't work that well. It is a pain to get it secure. You need to get one of the bars weaved in and out of some links, then secure the other with the tightener. The ball doesn't swing around the pivot that well. When it slows down, it likes to wrap its self around the pole so you need to manually get it hanging again sometimes.

Perfect for practice and amazingly packed
I was so impressed with how well this baseball swing trainer was packed when it arrived. Everything was neatly organized, and the parts were securely wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. It even came with clear instructions, which made unboxing and setting it up a breeze.Once I got it set up, I headed straight to practice, and I couldn’t believe how well it worked! The tethered ball is genius—it resets automatically after every hit, so I didn’t have to waste any time chasing balls. I got so many more swings in during my session, which really helped me focus on improving my timing and hand-eye coordination. What I loved most was how portable and lightweight it is. I attached it to a chain-link fence at my local field, and it stayed secure the entire time. It’s sturdy too—the metal construction feels solid, and it held up perfectly against some pretty hard hits. This swing trainer is such a time-saver and is perfect for practicing solo. Whether you’re warming up before a game or just working on your technique, this tool is fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about improving their baseball skills!

Not robust
The concept is great! The construction is poor.My 13 year old grandson destroyed it in 2 weeks. The base plug broke it welds and flew apart.

Excellent quality training device
This thing will provide years of training to its owner. I was really impressed with the fact that it is made out of solid steel materials. it looks like stuff that was made in the USA 50 years ago but it wasn't of course. The bracket that holds it onto the fence is thick and heavy and will last multiple lifetimes. The swivel is really solid and will also last forever. The one part that will likely need to be replaced every few years with constant use is the rope and ball. That does not mean that it is of inferior quality because it is not. Totally made of solid gear. This thing is the real deal and you should get it.

Cool, I wish it had a COR value
This is a cool little device I've been putting next to the warmup circle, the umps haven't said anything about it so we're rolling with it. It's a pretty simple idea executed well, the only thing is that I wish I knew the COR value as I don't want to use it with any of my ASA/USA bats designed to specifically hit 52 COR balls. So if anyone wants to swing at it, I have them use an old 220 bat that is essentially dead to me as I can't swing it anywhere.
