Misleading
This listing is misleading. And expensive for what you get. The photos shown show a bag full of products. No where does it point out explicitly that the products are not included. This was bought as a gift and sent directly to the recipient. Imagine her disappointment on opening it up to reveal an empty bag, and my disappointment also. Also no returns...

Wow, very misleading. I was expecting the products in the picture to be inside. You should be ashamed of yourselves! If the quality of the bag was good, fine but it's cheap!!! Probably £5 retail!
