So worth the money! Brilliant little camera for keeping an eye on my pets when I’m at work. Easy to use, just give yourself a slot of time to go through the set up instructions slowly and it’s fine. No connection issues at all. Clear picture and arrives fully charged. Happy customer.

A superb camera for the price, and the customer support, as others have commented, is absolutely first-class. I purchased the camera to monitor our new puppy, primarily at night, and have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the real-time images and of the video recordings. The pan and tilt works well, and the app interface is simple and intuitive. The pan and tilt is quiet in operation, an important consideration if trying not to disturb sleeping babies, be they canine, human or otherwise. Upon arrival there was an issue with the battery discharging quickly. I contacted Customer Support and Joey was extremely responsive and helpful, and had it sorted promptly. Before attempting to do so he said they would replace the camera if it was faulty. That proved to be unnecessary, and battery life is very good indeed. I have no hesitation in recommending this camera.

Great camera, provides good quality video, the movement is stable and battery life can last a while. Only issue is you can’t automatically schedule motion detection alerts and sometimes there’s connection issues

Happy with this camera. I got it to monitor my pets at home when I’m away and it is doing the job nicely. Very affordable, easy to set up and operate. Image is of good quality, day or night. A small delay sometimes but not always. Battery is long lasting, I charged it in November and now, beginning of January, is still 70% full. The motion detector is not on so that perhaps is saving power.

The camera is very good. I have been using it for one year. Its working perfectly, setup is straightforward, and has good camera. Customer service arw vry responsive and ready to resolve any issues. I will buy over and over again. Recommended!

Superb, sturdy little cameras, with great battery life if you're just using them to occasionally check on pets, like we are. Excellent app, too - very easy to set up and use. Had a small issue with charging on one of the cameras after a few months and customer service were also excellent - replied very quickly and sent me a replacement unit within a couple of days, which is fantastic.

I am very pleased with my cameras. The picture quality is very good and I am impressed by the low light performance. Switching off infrared night vision still allows a good colour image at night as long as there is a street light nearby. This also allows good vision through a window as there is no light from the camera to be reflected. I have not had the cameras long yet, but it is looking like a charged battery is going to last a good length of time. However, it is possible to keep the camera powered via its USB C socket - so long term use is easy. The seller has also been in touch with me to ensure that I am happy with the product and to offer any help that I might want - great service! I am very happy to recommend this camera to others.

This camera does not support continuous recording even when it is plugged in and the SD formatted. Only continuous recording on an SD card if you buy a subscription from them. System is too complicated to instal. We use Tapo cameras in different locations and those are great much easier to instal and use. It took me ages to set up the Cococam app due to it's confusing instructions. I'm going to return it and get a regular Tapo instead. I wanted a rechargeable camera to cover some specific areas. Completely disappointed.

La COCOCAM 2K est une vraie bonne surprise. La qualité d’image est très satisfaisante, aussi bien de jour que de nuit. L’autonomie de la batterie est bien meilleure que ce que je pensais au départ, elle tient vraiment longtemps. L’installation est simple, le Wi-Fi 2,4 GHz est stable, et la détection humaine fonctionne bien. Pour le prix, c’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Excelente cámara de video vigilancia. Debo decir que estoy muy satisfecho con la calidad y el rendimiento de la cámara. Al cabo de unos días de haberla comprado, me contactaron a mi correo electrónico desde atención al cliente para ofrecerme el envío gratuito de una tarjeta micro SD o un soporte de pared para la cámara, finalmente me decidí por la tarjeta micro SD, la cual me llegó al cabo de unos cuatro días aproximadamente. Se agradece bastante este hecho. Ahora les comparto las características más relevantes en mi opinión personal: La calidad de imagen me parece excelente, sobre todo en lugares donde hay poca luz la visión nocturna es muy buena. La duración de la batería interna de la cámara, es bastante prolongada, la llevo colocada desde hace un mes aproximadamente y aún sigue funcionando. La aplicación móvil para utilizar la cámara de video, es bastante intuitiva y simple de utilizar. Tienes la opción de configurar dentro de la aplicación móvil, la sensibilidad de para que capte con menor o más facilidad los movimientos. Tiene sistema de habla/escucha el cual he probado y funciona muy bien, se entiende claramente lo que se habla.
