What can I say? Super cute, matches my kitchen perfectly! I love the matte finish too! It's easy to use, toasted my bagels perfectly, and feels well made. This is my second Bella toaster (I had a red one for several years before changing my kitchen color scheme). Obviously I was happy with my first one since I bought the same brand to replace it with. So I'm sorta not understanding the negative reviews - it does what it's supposed to, is easy to use, is well made, and really cute! Great value for the money!

I've been very happy with this toaster. Reviews of the many toasters showed that many people felt that toasters often do not evenly toast on both sides. I have found this one to be pretty good as the toasting is nearly equal. Probably none of them are perfect, but this one has been close for me. It is simple to operate; I don't need a complex set of options. One neat feature is the ability to toast frozen bread. Just select Defrost and the desired amount on the dial and the toast comes out perfect. If I don't want the bread toasted, but just defrosted as for a sandwich, I select the Defrost options and set the Dial at 1. Works great. Pretty stylish too and light weight.

Don’t bother. After a few months the lever won’t stay down so if I want toast, I have to hold the lever down. I did contact the manufacturer but they claim they do not have any purple ones in stock and in order to get my money back, I have to cut the electrical cord and send them the picture of the cut cord….this is in addition to the video I had to send them showing that the lever wouldn’t stay down. If the lever won’t stay down in the video then why do I have to cut the cord to prove it in order to get my money back?? I will not do business with this company again.
