Worked exactly like I would expect. You can use any developer with Color Charm, though. I used this 10 vol for a deposit only color over some botched highlights that my daughters had done experimenting on themselves. It worked perfectly. Blended the highlights without erasing them entirely. I mixed two colors (6n and 6gb) and got exactly what I wanted. A rich color close to her natural tone but a bit darker. The bleached bits look like highlights but maybe a level 8 caramel instead of the hideous straight bleach look.

Fantastic developer when used with Wella demi color. The purpose demi color was used for gray coverage. Use a 2 part of developer to 1 part hair color treatment as stated on the Wella manufacturer instructions. My first time DIY'ing touchup hair color at home, great product and protects the hair.

Exactly what I wanted

I like this demi-permanent because the color fades and you don't have that line of colored hair next to gray roots coming through. The fading is slow so you'll know when it's time to do another application to brighten you hair without that ugly line of gray roots show.
