Used, does not match description, no customer service
Ordered the item as new. Description suggests it has a timer and is app compatible. On receipt, the item was soiled. Appears to have been used and broken as the canister pushes the top part up as it rises. There is only three buttons at the top and not 4 as per the pictures - hence no timer. On contacting Aera, they were unable to help as the item is sold via Amazon - even though its sold by Aera through Amazon.Bizarre! Look for other alternatives.
