Big 100 Colossal Protein Bars, Mint Super Cookie Crunch, Meal Replacement Bars, 4 Count

I love these bars, but for some reason this flavor from Amazon always comes hard as a rock, unlike other flavors from Amazon

I expected way better and was sadly disappointed. The super cookie crunch is one of my favorite bars and when I saw they had a mint version I was excited thinking it would be like a mint oreo or a thin mint girl scout cookie. I could not have been more wrong. What I actually got was what tasted like an oreo mixed with peppermint toothpaste. I tried to finish the bar because it is all I had and was on the go, but could barely even choke down half of it. Terrible product.

Great flavor.

I tried these as an alternative to the regular Big Cookie Crunch bars that I have eaten for years. To me, these were more dry and heavily flavored compared to my regular bars. Taste is subjective, and product quality is hit and miss from Amazon so I may try them again. But I rank Big Cookie Crunch first followed by a tie between Crispy Apple Pie and Peanut Butter Pretzel. The Salted Carmel Brownie is also very good. I can't see the Mint Super Cookie Crunch beating any of these in my book.

Good as a meal replacement. But the mint is so overpowering. Would like about half the mint flavor.

It's a protein bar not a cookie: plan is accordingly.

Has a bit of a strange mint aftertaste, not overly sweet. It's a large, very dense cake bar, a bit chalky but not hard to chew. Rather dry to eat. Not the worst meal replacement bar out there. The fractionated palm seed and oil are of some concern healthwise. Not the best high calorie protein bar nutritionally, but it is filling. The bar wrapper is a type of foil which should allow long time storage, and can aid in resealing if you don't want to eat the whole bar at once. Overall a decent travel, occasional snack or emergency / survival kit meal replacement bar. Not something I'd typically eat everyday.
