Love it.

These lights look great! as other reviewers have mentioned they really arent a "Classic Bronze" but just solid brown with orange paint stripes arount "wear" edges. Also the decorative arms are just a thin black plastic, and could be easily broken. The glass however is a nice thick, quality, great looking shade, and they also included two different styles of the small metal disc that hilds the shade on to the post, which was nice to me able to choose. One has more squared edges which i felt was more modern, and the other was more domed which i felt was more classical.The reason i still gave it 4 stars is because even though some of the parts and design are cheap, from any more than a couple of feet away it looks great and you cant tell its sorta cheap quality, probably mostly due to that fact that the biggest part (the glass) is great quality.

Bought two to replace chandler type fixtures. Others were right about them not being true bronze color. They are more of a dark metal cross between silver and bronze. This was not an issue for me. I will say they are lightweight metal, but again, that was not an issue for me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the directions/instructions were very poor (thank goodness for another reviewer who had tips). Lots of adjusting to get the glass and arms to match up. Overall they look pretty darn good for the price.Pros: look nice, good priceCons: poor instructions, not true bronze, lightweight metal, lots of adjusting to get the glass and arms to match up.Tip: (as another review said) put it together before you climb the ladder, once you solve that puzzle you will be ready to go.

A fairly good fixture for the money. Installation instructions, especially in regard to assembling the fixture itself, are somewhat unclear. It took a little while and some fiddling around to finally infer what the assembly instructions meant. Otherwise it is an attractive ceiling fixture. It provides adequate ambient lighting in our 12 x 12 foot dining room with 8-foot ceiling. However, the fixture is limited to two 60-watt bulbs. Given the translucent nature of the bowl below the bulbs, the resulting light is just a little dim for reading comfortably. We are using incandescent bulbs, which just fit within the space allowed for the bulbs. I do not know whether a CFL or LED bulb that could produce more light might fit within that space.

At the current price point ($29), I think this is an excellent value. All the supplied hardware is good quality, particularly the bulb sockets themselves which have an engineered design to make them compact. The finish is a little darker than pictured but lighter colored highlights tip observers off to the bronze finish. This fixture includes all the necessary mounting hardware so all you need is a recessed standard box in the ceiling. You should probably do a mock set up with the lamp shade before hanging it to get the right thread depth on the finial and the relationship of the shade to the decorative arms (one reviewer complained about the complexity of this) because it will be harder when it's on the ceiling. Other than that, installation was pretty simple. Once lit, the shade casts a warm glow because of the brownish tint in the glass. If there's any hint of low cost in all this, it's the installation instructions, they are a bit vague on a couple of points. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with the attractiveness of the overall design and it has put a bit of flair in my breakfast room.

This light fixture arrived exactly as pictured, in retail packaging with a label slapped on the box. I don’t mind that, but just be aware it is not in an Amazon box. This light is pretty, but there are three curvy things right above the glass bowl, and it can be a bit frustrating trying to get them equal distance apart. It just never seems to look perfect. Otherwise, it was relatively easy to install and I have no complaints about the quality. It casts a warm color and would be great if you had an upscale rustic look in the room.

I was undecided about this purchase because the reviews seemed very mixed. I decided that the price was unbeatable and if I hated it I only wasted $30. The "metal" is more gray than bronze however still has a nice color and since it is alone up on the ceiling not noticable that it doesn't have the same oil rubbed bronze finish that the rest of my light fixtures have. There were a few reviewers who had issues with the arms, take a piece of paper pull out one of the arms, pull out the next arm until it is at the edge of the paper and do the same with the third arm. You end up with evenly spaced arms and you don't need anything but the directions that came in the box. All told this took about 15 minutes to assemble and hang. Well worth the price.

I was so excited to get these, and I ordered the whole set to replace all the lighting in my house. All of the other lights have been wonderful, but these have let me down a bit. Why? Well, the way the 3 curling arms are built, it is very difficult to get them aligned enough to look right. The middle shaft first has to be straightened to it is perpendicular to the ceiling, and then each of the 3 arms takes some wiggling and maneuvering. Otherwise, they stick out funny or are too far from the glass. I originally ordered 5, but returned 3 of them in exchange for the  Hardware House 543744 Berkshire 12-Inch by 5-1/2-Inch Ceiling Lighting Fixture Oil-Rubbed Bronze .Also, a note about the whole set--many oil-rubbed bronze pieces have a sort of brushed look over all the metal work, but these lights only have the effect on the edges. It looks good still and matches well enough with my faucets, etc., but if you are going for perfection in your coordination, you might want to be aware of that.

Purchased 3 of these to match an existing light fixture. Received before the estimated date in great condition. Products were as described. Satisfied with purchase.
