All Weather Barefoot Freedom
I live in a cold, snowy climate, which isn't good for most barefoot athletic shoes. The Primus All Weather shoes aren't exactly insulated, but they do protect well against wetness while maintaining lightweight flexibility. Now, many top reviews are obsessed about sizing. Some say fit as expected, but I see a lot recommending to size down, which is never good advice, and sort of defeats the purpose of a wide toe box.My recommendation, go on Vivo's website and print off their size chart. Use that to determine your true size, and don't listen to some geeky review.Personally, I fell directly in-between sizes -- just my luck -- my right foot is bigger than my left, so I decided to size up rather than down. And it's exactly what I expected: a tad bit too big, which is better than a tad bit too small. That leads me into my next point: the shoe laces. Normally, I like to tie my shoes very tight, but with the Primus, just tight enough so the shoe is secure and that's it! The laces are about perfect out of the box, loose, but not too loose. Just tie double knot, because a single knot will come undone with these. Finally, the toe box. The Primus has the best toe box in the business. It is easy to spread my toes out for free range of motion. If you wear thick conventional socks that smash your toes together, then you might not like the NATURAL size toe box. But why would you wear conventional socks with an unconventional shoe? Many of these reviews I read that complained about sizing struck me as third rate. If you're investing in a top of the line barefoot shoe, then I'm guessing you've tried middle range barefoot shoes already, and you are looking for the next step in comfort, flexibility, and specs, this is a high level barefoot shoe that will fit your needs.

They are barefoot. They are expensive. They are worth every penny
I work in a construction type field. I restore marble and like type stone and tile. Toe deep in acidic and equally nasty chemicals. I used only wear vans so I could feel the “earth” below me. These are the shoes I’ve always wanted. I’ve wear them every day for 8-10 hours on stone floors and I’ve never felt so comfortable. I stand straighter and haven’t ever felt so stable. All the recommends from me. 5 outta 5

Takes a bit to get used to
Overall it has held up fine with some loose threads. Definitely a change in pace moving from normal shoes to these. I would recommend a very gradual change and to be more cognisant of how you're positioning your feet as you walk.

One of my favorites !
I’m don’t normally buy training shoes outside of whatever’s on sale at nike and adidas, but this shoe would be the first. It’s definitely different! Even when I walk I feel different muscles activating and my feet getting stronger. Would recommend for a good all around training shoe.

Don’t buy from Legendary Footwear.
Do not buy from legendary footwear. My shoes started falling apart after 2 weeks and I requested a return or refund and they denied it. So just be aware.

Size can be your issue.
Hi everyone. So I purchased this pair of shoe for there minimal barefoot feel and for the all weather. It will help with the rainy days we get in Louisiana. I don't expect it to stay completely dry during the heavy rains but it will be enough for the light drizzles. I purchased a size 10 I have a wide foot and my right foot is slightly angled out more then my left foot. I have no idea how one foot is angled more then the other, it happened so I live with it. Many of my past shoes and sneakers I use to own had the narrow front toe box design so it always rubbed on my right outer pinky toe since it was angled more to the right throughout the years of wearing a narrow box toe shoe it has caused a small bunion on the right foot pinky toe. In the picture I pointed where the bunion is at and wear the outer pinky toe rubs on the shoe if I'm wearing it. I hope you can use your imagination to see what I'm saying. Good thing with these vivo shoes is it rarely rubs on that outer pinky toe due to the wide toe box. It has helped but the down side is it is a wider toe box so it will run bigger then my actual size 10 which isn't a deal breaker. I gave it a 3 star because the stitching is coming off I haven't even owned it a full week yet. I do plan to exchange it if the stitching gets worse. I own vibrams toe shoes also and I love them, I just can't wear them during a wet day so the vivobarefoot all weather will be the go to for those days either for training or just a day out when it's wet weather.*Update*After several months of use the sole is starting to come apart on the right foot. I attached a picture pointing out where the sole is coming apart I hope it helps. I don't train in these shoes often. I only trained in these shoes a few times I typically wear them for regular daily use but I'm starting to see that these shoes won't hold up to any high intensity training which is what I do often. I typically use my vivobarefoot trainers for sprinting and HIIT. I wouldn't recommend these for sprinting or HIIT if your thinking about buying this for that purpose, I mean you can but it won't last very long as you can see from the picture.I still like the shoes I'll recommend them for anyone who wants minimalist shoes and are using it for regular daily walking, casual days out, or at the gym lifting.
