These bulbs are packed all in the same box.

Why do people say the bulb is not hot enough, but the description says to use these if the current bulb is not hot enough?

I do not have a conventional old-school style lamp with the moving "orbs", (wish I did) but my full-size lamp has rather with smaller colored particles that slowly circulate, multiple colors, a "glitter lamp" per product description. Quite pretty, and these bulbs work fine for my lamp. I can hypothesize that the old-school conventional style may take more heat than my lamp, but do not know. I leave my lamp on 24/7, and these bulbs do not seem to last as long as 2 packs at dept. store but the price/qty. still makes them the most cost-efficient for me.
