It has made difference

After 3 back surgery I try to be very careful about how I take care of my back and this support really helps a lot as my knee one's do I think it great for me and it fits as they said it would.

I ordered a men’s medium for my tall and thin husband ….way too small so I took it and I’m a small woman …barely met in the middle. Brace may be good but the sizing is way off.

Not what the picture suggests. I use lumbar supports all the time and regularly wear them out and buy new ones.This one is poorly made. Don’t be fooled by the word “copper” in the name. It’s just copper colored cloth. Much narrower than the picture would have you believe, also.One of the stays popped out the 2nd day I wore it.Look elsewhere…
