Works as it expected.
Would be cool if it charged via USB C cable. Pricey as well.

Exactly what I wanted for zwift to quickly connect my phone to my Garmin mount

Keeps your phone within convenient reach
Not for use on the road as magnetism will not withstand significant bumps and you will drop your phone.

Much nicer than clamp-on phone holders
This didn't have any instructions included, but it's pretty obvious what to do with it. You need to already have a bike computer mount on your bicycle to use this. Out of the box, it has a Garmin quarter-turn mount installed. Inside the box is a a Wahoo quarter-turn mount and a small hex wrench so you can swap the mounts. Once you have that set up for your bike's mount, install it with a quarter turn, just like you would your bike computer. Then put your MagSafe compatible phone on KOM mount plate. I don't have an issue with my phone being flat. Lay your phone on a table in front of you and you should still be able to see it clearly. The mount works with the phone in portrait or landscape mode, and it's easy to rotate it if the fitness app you're using changes it's orientation. For example, Wahoo SYSTM is portrait for the main and setup screens, then a clockwise turn to landscape for the workout. Oddly, Rouvy wants a counter-clockwise turn to landscape. All this twiddling is easier with the MagSafe mount compared to the ball and socket stye of clamp-on mounts. The magnet hods the phone securely; it hasn't budged even during sprint sessions. Note that this product is for indoor use only. I don't think it would hold the phone if you hit a pothole outdoors. On my wishlist would be a version of this mount with an inductive charger so I don't have to use a cable to plug my phone in during a workout.

A bit pricey, but haven't seen anything else that does what it does, and it does it well
Particularly during the winter months, both my wife and I do a bunch of cycling inside on a trainer. When we have the bikes inside, we use a phone app rather than the bike computer. That has been a bit of an inconvenience because, while we have a mount for the bike computer, the phones typically get put away while out on rides, so we haven't had a good place to keep the phone while riding indoors. Yes, we could have picked up a phone mount to go on the handlebars, but most of the decent ones take a bit of work to put on and take off properly. I wanted something quick and easy but still secure. Then I found this and it made the problem go away. because it attaches right to the computer mount, it's fast to put on and take off, and it's totally secure while attached. The magsafe ring has plenty of holding power, so once attached, the phone doesn't go anywhere unless I want it to. All in all, the thing does exactly what it's supposed to and does it well. The only reason I knocked a star off - I can't figure out why it needs to be $30. Seems to me like it could/should easily be $20 or less without needing to give up any quality or functionality. I don't know of any other competitive products though, so nothing to keep the price down. Oh well. Still really happy I have it and have no problem recommending it if you're looking to solve the same issue.

Could be 5 stars
For my needs, this is a 5 star, but I am going to be super critical seeing I have quite a few KOM products and they could have stepped it up just a little bit here. The magnet for the MagSafe is good, but not great. I have a MagSafe mount in my truck and it is much more secure than this is. Does my phone fall off of this while I am stationary on the bike? nope, but if I was exhausted from an indoor ride (which this is for indoor riding only), I could see myself fumbling with my phone and knocking it off. The 2nd star off is that they could have either included a 45 degree adapted or put a hinge mount on the plate. If you mount this on your standard wahoo mount, the phone is flat and kind of useless. I designed and 3D printed a simple riser for it. Essentiall, I can then use my phone as either the virtual platform computer or use it to watch videos while my computer is mounted in front of me (which is my use case). Overall this is a good product and I am being critical, but you can't go wrong with it.

Great piece of gear to have on your zwift session
Great add to your indoor training session, I have some sweat catching covers with phone pouch, some phone holders you snap to the handlebar or you adapt on the garmin mount, but they have a big issue, when you want to get your phone, you can't access really easily.Yes for using the companion app on zwift or changing music it maybe ok, but when you need answering a call, reply a text or even just want scroll social medias or take a selfie maybe, they are annoying. This adapter fix it, it is so intuitive you wonder why I didnt get by this before, reaching is as easy as on the magsafe, if you want watch a video, you can flip it easily, it's very good on the magnetic strenght as well you dont see it wobbling or with any loosen feeling. I highly recommend, and also comes with a wahoo adapter in case you have a wahoo instead a garmin computer.
