One of our favorite features is how well it works for making iced coffee. Just brew directly over ice and it turns out great every time. The compact design also saves space on the counter. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants quality coffee without the hassle.

Love this thing. It makes great tasting coffee very fast. It heats up even faster. I turn it on and by the time I add coffee it's ready to go. It does not accept some of the aftermarket K cup refill containers. I found one that it does take, offered by Ruoying and sold on Amazon.I have also used the basket that holds grounds (no K cup needed. The first time I tried it, I got grounds in my coffee. Then I inspected the grounds holder more carefully. I found I had not closed the lid properly. Operator error. Duh. I just made a cup with it and it worked perfectly. No grounds, just great coffee.This machine has a huge reservoir. Makes about 3-4 12 ounce cups. That is a lot for a single serve machine. You can also adjust the brew strength. I like that it has five different cup sizes : 6,8,10, 12 and 14 ounces. I don't know why every machine doesn't offer this.

It’s also incredibly easy to clean, which makes daily use hassle-free.The only minor drawback is that I wish the mug/cup area was slightly taller. My wife has to brew her coffee into a smaller glass and then transfer it to her larger mug, which isn't a huge deal, but a little more clearance would have been ideal.
