Good quality doll - packaging issues
The product images has 2 different dolls. I got the one with white and yellow dress (without brown borders). This is a stuffed product with hard head, palms and feet. There is a box inside the body which can be felt. The doll will produce giggle sound when this is pressed. Babies will love it.The downside is that the head is so hard that it is painful if it falls on anyone. The product that I received was packed in a plastic bag. So the doll reached with its head deformed. Ordered a replacement, and that also was deformed.But the seller was helpful and offered a replacement via a different courier with box carton. Great! But I turned down the offer because of the waiting period. I fixed it somehow although it is not perfect. But the baby doesn't care and plays with it. Anyway this is going to be damaged or soiled by them!

Didn't receive my refund
Worst product, laughing button doesn't work at all , when I got replacement , they took the doll and claimed for a refund within 3 -6 working days , buts it's nearly one month, but didn't receive the refund yet

The quality of material used is good. The doll does not appears to be a cheap doll. There is no problem with the doll. 100% satisfied.

Diasappointed
The doll was delivered with legs tearing out of the package. Seems to be a shop display item dispatched in a hurry. battery was not working. Bought this online for my little girl due to the lockdown of non-essential shops. Feeling cheated
