Read many reviews that is doesn't quite hold and such. But still decided to try and so happy I did. It works great for me. If you choose the right size for you and fit it well doesn't move and practically there isn't any big discomfort. Feels a little odd at first but you get used to it quick as it is not irritating. I jogged a few days with it, never fell out, could breathe well and works much better than playing with strips. The only thing to be mindful of using it if you have a runny nose. Then is it not a comfortable experience. For most women I think small size will work best. I ordered a set of medium and small and medium is too big and I do not have the smallest of noses.

I got these as a little biohacking experiment to see if they had any tangible effects on sleep quality for the average person that does not suffer with any type of sleep disorder. Sadly, the data showed no tangible benefits. I have started wearing them during the day as I do feel the increased airflow. They are uncomfy at first but easily adaptable.

On initial fitting I could feel an improvement of air flow passing through my nostrils however as my breathing became heavier the device moved and began to irritate my nostril. As the exercise continued the my heavier breathing caused the device to become dislodged despite replacing it to the advised position. It would not be safe for me to use this item during my preferred exercise (road cycling). So for two reasons I feel that this item is unsuitable for me to use for it's intended purpose. I can not,therefor, recommend them because they clearly neither fit nor suit everybody who would benefit from nasal breathing, especially during moderate intensive exercise.

Use daily. Sometimes they fall out, but not before I’m already deep asleep. Superb product.

So i picked these up on a recommendation from a friend,ive been in two minds about ordering, but i finally bit the bullet. Unfortunately for me i really struggle to breath from my nose at the best of times, im not entirely certain what issue I have with my nasal passages, but my gosh it’s annoying. Cant breathe at all through my nose when i lay down, i snore so loud while sleeping.the ailments are LONG! i can see where the design of this little device is going but unfortunately even the “small” is too big for my nasal passages, i cant get the device in far enough to push my nose out so unfortunately they don't work for me! Bit of a waste of money but at least I tried i guess.

I bought these nasal dilators over a year and a half ago and they’ve done wonders for me. I bought them for skiing but ended up using them for sleeping because I have a deviated septum. I always struggled to breathe through my nose at night because I wasn’t getting enough airflow and ended up waking up with dry mouth. These dilators have been a god send for me, they open up my airways so well so that I can breathe deeply through my nose when I’m sleeping. You can barely feel that they’re in too. I would very highly recommend and have suggested them to so many friends with similar problems.

This product help me alot. Whilst doing exercise I was struggling to breathe through the nose, but I can control my inhale/exhale much better with the dilator. Better than the plasters that you stick over the nose, mine dropped off from sweat and you don't know if they are positioned correctly. Looks a bit like a nose ring and get the funny remarks whilst playing walking football, but everyone asks if they work.

Seit Jahren atme ich beim Joggen, wegen einer Nasenscheidenwandkrümmung durch den Mund. Nun lerne ich wieder durch die Nase zu atmen. Bei ersten Einsetzen war es etwas unangenehm, aber das Gefühl hat sich schnell gelegt. Nur was gar nicht geht, ist Schnauben. Das Teil hätte ziemlich starke Schmerzen auf der Nasenschleimhaut verursacht, schätze ich. In der Nase ist es ziemlich unauffällig, man sieht nur ein kleinen Teil davon. Wer kein Blau mag, hat die Möglichkeit andere Farbe zu wählen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen!

I've got to give these give stars for actually opening up my nasal passage. If you have this kind of issue, these will work for you. If I attempt to breath in deep through my nose, my nose will collapse near the bridge of my nose and I start mouth breathing this is in my sleep). These actually reach high enough in my nose to prevent that. I had also tried the rhinomed sport turbine ones and those did not help. They couldn't reach as high as these (I tried medium and large sizes, but only needed the small for this brand). I will say if you're getting these for sleep that the clips which help keep them in your nose do a great job. However, these are slightly uncomfortable to me. I might try the regular version to get away from that, but do worry if they'll stay in while sleeping. I hope that with time my nose will become accustomed and stop hurting where those clips help keep it in.
