These are 250mg capsules. This company is playing the per serving game instead of advertising per capsule. 2 caps = 100mg = 50mg per capsule meaning there is 200 mg of filler including magnesium sterate. I was getting 100mg per cap in a capsule half the size with a other brand. The only explanation for putting so little in a cap and requiring 2 caps per serving is pure greed. Shame on me for not double checking the label but that's what they are betting on. Will not ever buy from this greedy brand again.

This is a solid GlucoVantage at 100 mg at a very good price. I prefer this version to regular Berberine.

I love this form of berberine. However, you have to take 2 capsules just to get only 100 mg of it. Compare that to other brands that offer 200 mg of DHB in just 1 capsule.Also, they use mag. stearate and silicone dioxide in these which are both completely unnecessary.If you can afford the better brands, w/o fillers and flow agents and w/ the aforementioned amounts, get those instead. I am.
