So like a previous reviewer, I did not use this on my vehicle. I used it for sound deadening in the wall between the kids bathroom and my bedroom during the remodel. Let me tell you, I was surprised how well it worked. Virtually no noise between the bathroom and my bedroom now. Traditionally I always used the name brand for my vehicles. But I thought I would give this a try since I already spent so much on my remodel. Definitely a good choice.Does it work well in vehicles? No idea, but the performance in a hollow house wall has been amazing.Is it easy to work with? Absolutely. As long as the sticky back doesn't touch itself, your golden. Holds well, and still slightly workable if you need to adjust. Once you push on it, it stays.Would I recommend this product for sound deadening? Absolutely.

Used it to line Phanner’s notoriously bad ear muffs. Now ever set of earmuffs we get from any brand gets lined with this before we issue them. Makes a huge difference.

This is not layered like the photo illustrated and thin. That being said, the quality is good and adhesion is good. I doubled up the layer so it would be thicker. Didn't help my situation a lot but helped some. Was easy to apply.

Sticks well. Applies easy. Cuts smooth, just have a very sharp knife.

This would have gotten less stars but the price was good so I'm giving it 3 at least. The adhesive was very spotty. Some spots had an insanely abnormal super strong hold while other spots practically had no adhesive. I wouldn't recommend this product if you expect a nice looking solid outcome

I was able to insulate two front doors with the 6ft roll. It was very easy to install and reduced road noise quite a bit. The quality seems great and feels like it will be very durable. It doesn’t weight much but it gives the doors a nice heft.

My husband wanted to add some sound proofing to his car. It helped a bit, and it arrived on time

In principe goede matten maar er zijn kwalitatief betere merken. Het merk dat ik in het verleden had gekocht is helaas niet meer beschikbaar op Amazon. Na zoeken deze besteld.De set komt met aluminium isolatietape maar helaas plakt dat slecht en zit er papier onder wat je er eerst af moet halen. Uberhaupt niet nodig voor deze isolatiematten.De matten zelf zijn voorgesneden, tenminste, kleiner gemaakt om in de doos te passen want ze zijn alles behalve recht afgesneden. Gelukkig zit er op het papier wel een print met 1cm×1cm ruitjes zodat je het alsnog recht kan knippen, al levert dit wel een hoop ongeruikte kleine stukjes op wat jammer is.De matten plakken wel goed en ben tevreden over de thermische isolatie die ze bieden.
