Doesn't work as advertised at all

I ordered two bottles of this pathetic product recently. Both bottles were aged and had a rotten taste. Each had black blotches of scum in the dropper and at the bottom of each bottle. Where was the quality assurance in this mayhem? I had previously purchased a five pack, and a second purchase several months later. All bottles were clear and sweet tasting with some benefit in a decreased blood sugar level after a year of use. I thought I had gotten a good product. AND THEN --- This last multi-bottle purchase told me that this product has bottles sitting around some warehouse while the compound inside is turning into a spoiled concoction of scum. Do NOT buy this product. Warning!!

I am a pre-diabetic with CGM device. I purchased to reduce my glucose levels. However, recommended dosage spikes my glucose level significantly. This is the opposite effect I was hoping for.
