Nothing special about this coffe
I tried everything with these beans—different grind sizes, brewing methods like the Clever Dripper, V60, and even cold brew—but the acidity is just off the charts. For a coffee marketed as a light roast, it tastes nothing like it. Instead, it’s got this sharp, unpleasant dark roast-like acidity that completely drowns out any light, nuanced flavors. Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated—nothing I’ve done makes it drinkable.
