I bought this primarily to deal with tight lower back muscles and shoulder tension after long work shifts at my desk, and it has been working out really well. I wasn't expecting much given how lightweight the unit is, but the intensity levels actually carry a serious pulse. Setting it up right out of the box took less than two minutes. The controls are simple to navigate, and I really like that the rechargeable battery holds a charge for several sessions before needing to be plugged back in. The electrode pads stick well, though I found putting a tiny drop of water on them before applying helps them stick even better after a few uses. It easily slips into a pocket so I can walk around the apartment with it on while doing chores. Overall, a super practical tool to have on hand for routine muscle aches. Definitely recommended!

That it works pretty good. Has several different setting like pulse and slow to fast with pauses. Very well worth the price to purchase this, nothing fancy or expensive is needed.

It works well but I've had better units with more settings. I like the fact that it's rechargeable and I don't have to buy batteries for it. If you want a TENS unit that won't break the bank then this one is for you!

I purchased for my husbands sciatica, and bad lower back. He told me it has a timer for up to 2 hours, which makes me think it would be great for period cramps too like Ive heard. He has thanked me a couple times because finally his nerve pain is giving him a break.

Disappointing Battery Life I purchased this TENS machine for my son, who is a baseball catcher and spends a lot of time throwing. He frequently experiences shoulder and elbow pain before, during, and after games, so we were hoping this device would help with recovery and pain relief. The TENS unit itself works well, and he likes using it. Unfortunately, the battery life is extremely disappointing. It doesn’t stay charged for very long, and we find ourselves keeping it on the charger more often than it’s actually being used. For a device intended for regular pain management, reliable battery performance is essential. If the battery life were improved, this would be a much better product. As it stands, the constant need to recharge is frustrating and makes it difficult to recommend.

Works great

For a pre programmed unit, it works well. Battery life is good. I’ve used it more than 10x for multiple 30 minute session and still have 3 of 4 bars charge showing. Stim output is plenty strong. Back light is very bright but the buttons are not illuminated. CONS: Supplied electrodes don’t stick on my hairy carcass very well so I use another brand. Cords are far too short. I’m 6-0’ tall and they will barely reach to my knees if I put the controller in my pocket. Same issue for shoulders and arms. Luckily, I have long leads from other units that interchange easily. So, if you’re smooth and short and/or have extra pads and cords on hand, the unit is fine. Otherwise, for $40, you might be a bit disappointed as was I.
