This is a great product! Its a foam shampoo so its lighter than other formulas but I like it. Its a thick foam, smells so good, lathers nicely n leaves hair very clean n soft. The matching conditioner is also very nice. I have thin, fine hair for reference but it gets frizzy easily if I dont use the right products. This does a good job of leaving it frizz free and just soft n clean. Great for the price , at the time of review I got this on sale for like $7 or $8 and same with the conditioner. Pacifica make really good products and i will probly repurchase this

Edit: I bought this in February 2026. I am just now buying my second bottle October 2026! This smells amazing, and is a good buy for the money since it seems to be lasting forever since I’m still on my first bottle months later (I have long hair). My hair feels healthy and soft. (I have dyed hair). Smells honestly like the perfect mix of coconut and vanilla so I started buying more of these products.

Previously I bought this product and loved it. It was foamy, easy to put into your hair, and most importantly, very easy to wash out. It was clean and light. Fast forward to this purchase. The pumper had changed. I couldn’t open the pumper at first. When I turned it, it didn’t pop up. So then I decided to use the pumper in my empty bottle that has worked for the last two months. It would not pull the gel up to create the foam. So then I decided to put the pumper in that it came with after, while in the shower, using a washcloth to pull on the bottom and top of the pumper until I forced it to pop up. However, the gel in the bottle still does not foam as you pump it. The shampoo is incredibly thick and difficult to wash out. Please go back to the former shampoo and pumper. Very disappointing and frustrating!!!

Product wasn’t sealed, lid was loose and product leaked all over the box it arrived in. Based on what remained in container: I like the product & it has a mild, pleasant scent.

This shampoo smells great and would work for someone with very thin hair. I have thick hair, so the shampoo doesn't lather without using a lot of product. I'm not a fan of the pump either since you have to use both hands to get it to work correctly. It's a good product, but not the right one for my hair type.

It's soft and smells great

Excellent shampoo. I have very fine hair and it added volume and left it soft and wavy without needing a conditioner. I usually stay away from fragrance but in this case I will make an exception. Results speak for themselves.

It’s foamy, light, smells amazing, and a little goes a long way. I can’t say it’s life changing, but I sure do like it and will continue to buy, especially for the price.
