That the arm section is thin
The arm section very thin , it squeezes my arm. Love the fact that it is reliable easy to use accurate reading display is clear.

Do not Purchase
This monitor gives out false readings. After checking my blood pressure several times, it kept escalating upwards until the Systolic went from 160 to 190 and so I went to the ER and found out it was at 145 and now I’m responsible for a hospital bill. Will be returning, rating should have been a Zero.

Time/Date changes by itself
Nice device , love it . I took a star away because the time and date does not stay correct . I constantly have to change it back to correct time . Other than that it’s perfect . Love how it speaks the instructions and results out loud and I love the color. Pink is my 2nd favorite color.
