Works well, nice and quiet, easy to clean. But this is a food/kitchen waste recycler. It does not compost food scraps, just chops and dries it, which makes it fine for adding to an outside compost pile or container. And with carbon filtering there is negligible odor during the cycling of the waste. Good value and capacity for the price; seems quite well made. Only wish it had a timer display.

I just love this machine, I purchased a very expensive machine and 1 year later the machine stop working. This machine was half of the price I paid for the other . This machine is quieter, faster in processing the scrap, the scrap is perfect when completed. It is so easy to care for the machine would highly recommend

This is a very useful, and so far efficient, means of converting food scraps to a usable fertilizer/compost addition for my garden. It is not absolutely odourless, but the very slight aroma produced while the machine operates is easily remedied by putting my vent fan on for a few minutes. It is very quiet and cat-friendly.

I have been wanting to try out a compost system for a while but never wanted the stinky bucket under the sink or to deal with the wild animals getting into it outside. I am happy that I decided to give this a try! I was super impressed with how well this worked. It was quiet and turned eggshells, avocado skin and a whole (going bad from the garden) pepper and tomato into a completely dry mulch like substance overnight! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this definitely exceeded my expectations!!! It is the perfect size to sit on the counter and easy to move if needed. I would definitely recommended this product and am excited to compost all winter and add to my garden in the spring. Now I just need to remember to add my scraps to the composter instead of putting it down the disposal!

Bought this machine, since I do so much compost, from my kitchen scraps. I don’t use animal products. Reason that’s not me. But I’m sure I’ll try with fish. This machine is so quiet. I don’t even know it’s working. Easy to use. There is no smell at all. The only problem with this machine is I wish they made it even bigger to get more soil. This is the greatest purchase I’ve made.

This was a replacement unit. So far it has been used once as compared to my previous purchase. The bigger capacity is a plus. One issue that can't be overlooked is the cover is very difficult to open. The unit is much quieter than expected. Come back in a few months when my garden has sprouted. A few months have passed since I received this unit. At first it worked like a charm. My previous unit taught me to chop everything into bite size pieces. Well this unit dose not perform as well after 3 months. It now likes to jam up and stop working. The trouble shooting guide gives no results as to why the unit would do this. all it says is to open the top and then close again. Huh! From my experience this unit can only be filled to the unmarked halfway point even then it becomes problematic. What I thought was going to be a lifesaver turned out to be a weighted vest. Not what I was expecting.

I am very happy with this composter there was no smell as it ran through the composting cycle .it has three cycles first it heats up the food waste once the waste is dry it goes into the next cycle where it grinds everything up and continues to heat up everything continously grinding and stirring everything, once this cycle is finished the machine begins to cool down while still mixing. the machine will beep three times when it is done the whole process takes about five hours.great machine wish I had bought one sooner

No era lo q esperaba se tarda muchas horas en moler es muy lenta, no tiene la suficiente fuerza el motor se trabaja seguido ya lo cambié y la nueva sigue igual, prácticamente cocina los desperdicios para procesar y eso pierde nutrientes el fertilizante para las plantas. No le cabe casi nada es más la luz q gasta y lo cara q cuesta porque son 5 horas para procesar. Creí q al instante molia lo q se aplicaba como una demoledora. Tampoco se puede quitar el disco o cuchillas para lavarla.
