Needed an adapter to offer greater connectivity to my Mac and this works well. Reasonable length of cable so it doesn’t dangle but sits on the desk. Seems to be made of plastic to look like metal but for sitting on my desk it’s sturdy enough. Think I’ve tried all the ports and everything seems to work well (straight out of the box) and at a reasonable price.

Bought thr item to replace my aging usb c adapter. It is light and works from the start. Excellent.

After ordering a couple of adapters in attempt to add a third screen via usb c port, I discovered that not all usb cs are the same, and this one worked for my laptop. I can now use three screens for my work!

This hub from Aceele is a reliable way of expanding a laptops ports. Its all metal construction wit braded cable. At one time, computers had a ton of ports, but in the quest for thin and lightweight laptops, we are often sadly lacking in device connect-ability, having to rely on Bluetooth and WiFi. My on-the-go laptop has only two USB-C and one USB-A. One USB-C is power, the other connects to a second screen leaving me a single USB-A that I need for external drives. It has a pass through for charging (up to 100W)....and this is important because it also powers the hub meaning no drop-outs or power exceeded messages, Even when using a CDRW drive and and older external spinning disk HDD at the same time all without errors. In addition there is a 4k HDMI port. I am using it for a 1920x1200 display so have not tested at 4k. It is quite small and easily fits in a laptop case for moving around, or sits neatly on a desk. I would have liked an SD card reader too, but realise they have limited use for many people. 5 stars form me.

Hat anfangs gut funktioniert und auch die 10GBit geliefert, aber nach weniger als einem Jahr gibt es nur noch Übertragungsfehler durch diesen Hub und gesetzliche Gewährleistung kann man hier einfach nicht anfordern ..

Le hub correspond bien à la description : 2 port USB C et 2 port USB A 10gbps (vitesse max pour le HUB) et un port vidéo HDMI. Malheureusement il faut que le port USB C de l'ordinateur supporte le flux vidéo via Display Port alt, ce n'était pas clair dans la description, et il a besoin d'alimentation (non fournie) , d'où 1 étoile retirée.
