I have been taking these for almost a month now, and I'm really hoping they will bring down my cholesterol. These do have the correct amount of Omega 3 in them. They are a rather lg capsule but also easy to swallow. I have noticed that I have a little more get up and go in my energy! I think they are of very good quality and they are very effective this far!

This is a great supplement. It helped lower my cholesterol. This is my 4th bottle and my latest blood work showed that it is effective. I take two gels twice a day, once after a big meal and at night before going to bed, because I was informed that plant sterols cholesterol supplements work better while you sleep. I think a little exercise will also help while using this supplement. You will see positive results, not over night but over a period of time. It works for me.

I have taken this product for about 4 months and I just got the lab results back and the dr was very impressed with the improvement in my cholesterol values. All values improved, but the most important was the Apolipoprotein which was at 102 and on red in May, went to 86 and green in October. I also moved more and added more fiber via nuts, seeds and vegetables and fruit and ate a bit less meat and fat. Highly recommend!

I have used this supplement for a while and I can say it has help lower and maintain my cholesterol. I have not had any issues digesting it or after taste.

Dropped my cholesterol big time. Dropped total by 45 points and ldl by ober 30 points. Id only been using this product for about 3 weeks before my bloodwork and i wasnt taking the full dose because of the niacin. My multivitamin already has niacin so i was worried about using too miuch do to possible liver injury. Dr advised me to continue using this supplement and said not to worry about the niacin so he wants me to use the full dose along with the multivitamin. I have however noticed one side effect that i didnt realise was a side effect till i did some research. My libido has been non existant. I finally realised its been since i started this supplement and did some research and yest the plants sterols and even the coq10 can reduce or destroy libido. So i think ill stop it for now until my next blood work neess to be done and atart it back up a month or so before just to make the dr happy. Low sex drive beats the side effects i had on the statins.

All I can say is that my cholesterol was at 220 and not too long after I started taking this product, It dropped to 168. To be fair, I did change my diet over the past six months. I stopped eating as much dairy as I did previously in particular. I also reduce my red meat intake, but, there’s no denying that end result
