Nice screen size - best price on the web. This laptop is solid and has a nice weight to it. The M4 Pro chips are blazingly fast, and can handle everything I have thrown at it. The battery life is absolutely incredible. It stays cool, and only warms up when I'm rendering AI. Even under those circumstances, it never gets hot like my 2015 MBP. My last MBP lasted me ten years - even the battery lasts around six hours still. Apple MacBook Pro is, by far, the absolute pinnacle of laptops and technology. Nothing compares to the ease of use, power, quality, or value.

Sleek, high quality, and with a long battery life. Great office computer. There is a learning curve to Mac OS but when you get used to it, you’ll love it. Gaming compatibility can be variable so use this as a work laptop

This is a new apple laptop and there is so many operations and shortcuts to it there is no way I can use them. The laptop took me a little getting use to the new Mac OS. Once I started to use the laptop it became easier. I really like this laptop. I had some sticking points when new but called the help line and the person explained how to get back on tract quickly. The tech also answered some questions I had and reviewed everything before hanging up. Support took as much time as it took without trying to rush through the answers. Wonderful

A great upgrade on my 10 year old MacBook Pro! It was so fast & easy to set up. I have an iPhone and an iPad so I love that they all "talk" to one another. My messages, calendar and documents--seamlessly integrated. My favorite upgrade is the phenomenal sound quality and the processing speed (Intel i7--> M4 Pro chip) is also a huge improvement. Love the fingerprint ID for log-in and password entries. I haven't really had time to explore the AI functions with writing yet. It recharges pretty fast and has great battery life. Macs are definitely spendier than PC laptops but they last and are worth it.

I jumped from an older, underpowered Windows laptop to this MacBook M4 Pro to run Ableton, Logic Pro and other Music studio apps, and to round out my transition to the Apple Ecosystem, along with an iPhone, Apple TV, AirPod pro 2s. This thing has no problem with all the plugins and tracks I'm running in my DAW, which the older Windows laptop was choking on badly. I love how seamless it is for all the apps between my iPhone and the MacBook now too, instantly accessing Voice Memos, guitar/lyric ideas and song bites I randomly collect on the iPhone for use in my DAW. I've been transitioning to a simpler, more "creative" lifestyle using all Apple products that just WORK with each other. I'm so DONE with the buggy, updaty, random rebooty, tweaky Windows and Microsoft crap I've had to live with all this years (mostly due to work), not to mention the Android phones that aren't even integrated with it. The Apple Ecosystem is simplifying my life, making it more enjoyable!

Big, expensive disappointment. For what I spent, and all the hype surrounding this, it did not come close to living up to the hype. I get nowhere close to 17 - 22 hrs of battery life, more like 8, if I'm lucky, and that without running any high-intensive programs, just internet browsing, and streaming a video at times. It's been acting very buggy, too, weird occurrences, double listings of open windows, iCloud failing to sync Safari & Keychain to my other Mac, editing photos is a mess, as is moving windows without them expanding or contracting at whim, like herding cats. I'm going to have to get with a technician to clear up all the buggy behavior, before I begin using it to record my music, which is why I bought it in the first place. I'm glad I wasn't counting on taking it with me & using it all day, without having to recharge it, as it won't last all day, not even close. And the little black rectangle at the top middle of the screen is a ridiculous eyesore.

I make lots of videos and write and record music. Handles my projects extremely well. Oh, very fast too. I wish Apple offered more storage for their prices though. Good thing SSD's are not that expensive these days.
