Works perfectly, brews great coffee. Even the scoop they provided with it is the perfect size for me. It has one problem that is minor for me, because I only make five cups, but may be catastrophic for someone making a full pot. The problem is that the cover of the basket area and water tank appears to lock while brewing, apparently so you don't burn yourself, but if you don't close the lid tightly, the machine will brewing the coffee with an open cover, and also the ball at the bottom of the basket doesn't go down far enough to allow the carafe cover to push the button on the basket, so the water just stays with the grounds in the basket. Intuitively, it seems the tank could overflow. Except for that it's worth the modest pricr.

Good coffee pot! I make it every morning. This Mueller coffee maker is easy to use. I like the sneak a cup feature, no mess just trying to get a cup before it's fully brewed. The thing I noticed when I plugged it in is that the cord is flexible. It is soft enough to bend and hide behind the coffee maker as it sits on my counter. I like that. Hope I don't need to replace it soon, but in due time, I would reorder. Thank you.

This coffee maker is an unknown brand, but it’s sleekly designed, works very well,fits nicely on the counter, the coffee ground basket is easy to fill and clean. The on off light is a toggle, and it’s green, which is nice and easy to see.We would certainly buy this again.

Received Item , very well packed , product box within a shipping cardboard box. Styrofoam shipping buffers on inside. Main reason I bought this unit was the glass " carafe ( Thick borosilicate glass) . Suppose to be hardier that reg glass .Permanent filter works great , no grinds passing through, .Instructions easy to read / follow . My 1st rinse was a mixture of vin gar / water , Rinsed 2 more times .First coffee batch was Good .Let you know how it performs 3 months from now .
